Position Statment

We acknowledge we are on the unceded territory of the Sylix (Okanagan) Peoples and the amazing benefits we, as a community company, receive from being on this land. We also acknowledge the harms of residential schools including the children whose lives were taken and the ongoing impacts on intergenerational and first-hand trauma. We are committed to ongoing learning and listening to work towards reconciliation.

We also strive to create space where folks can be themselves and proud of who they are, which includes being inclusive of all gender expressions and sexual identities.
